  • Bee Gees' Robin Gibb passes away at 62

    BEE Gees singer Robin Gibb has died after a long battle with colon and liver cancer. He was 62 years old.

    In a statement, Gibb's family announced his death with "great sadness".

    "The family of Robin Gibb, of the Bee Gees, announce with great sadness that Robin passed away today following his long battle with cancer and intestinal surgery," reads the statement.

    "The family have asked that their privacy is respected at this very difficult time."

    RIP...... One of the greatest song writers of all time he and his brothers wrote 23 number 1 songs.

      Absolutely love the build up to the chorus,with Robin's voice taking command @0.40



      Always enjoyed the Bee Gees but was only really familiar with their biggest late 70's hits(well,besides you win again) before digging into their catalogue over the last year or so.The further you dig,the more you begin to appreciate them as the brilliant songwriters/craftsman that they were.
