President plans to end birthright citizenship for non-citizens and illegal immigrants

All this talk on the 14th Amendment and birthright citizen ship is all doodle squat.

The Supreme Court has not explicitly ruled on the issue of children of undocumented immigrants.

Yes Congress has passed all kinds of laws presuming their citizenship but "The Supreme Court" has yet to make a final decision.

So let It happen! Congress has been siting on their ass when it comes to Immigration since the Regan years and wants to blame the current President!

It'll be very interesting when this goes to the SCOTUS. Especially if Ginsburg goes out and Trump passes another nominee, considering there is a good chance they gain some extra seats in the Senate, bringing republicans up to the 53-56 seat range.

Seeing a 6-3 conservative nominated SCOTUS will cause yet another meltdown on the Left.
