On your list on Ric Flair and Bruno Sanmartino very great technical wrestlers. The rest of the list is garbage.
Technical ability is only a part of it.

Otherwise, purely technical wrestlers like Curt Hennig, Bob Backlund, Ricky Steamboat, and others like them would be considered the best ever and guys like Andre the Giant would never make a list.

You've got wrestlers and superstars mixed up. I'll do both my lists off the top of my head

My top 10 Superstars (in no order apart from number 1)
      1) Steve Austin
      2) Hulk Hogan
      3) Shawn Michaels
      4) Ric Flair
      5) The Rock
      6) Bret Hart
      7) The Undertaker
      8) Randy Savage
      9) Bruno Sammartino
      10) Andre the Giant *

For Superstars, the 10th slot is the hardest, a toss up between Andre, Kurt Angle, Triple H, John Cena and Chris Jericho

My Top 10 Wrestlers ever (in no order)
      1) Kurt Angle
      2) Bret Hart
      3) Shawn Michaels
      4) Ric Flair
      5) Chris Benoit
      6) Randy Savage
      7) Chris Jericho
      8) CM Punk
      9) Steve Austin
      10) Daniel Bryan *

      * This list is much tougher. I can see a case for Ricky Steamboat, Owen Hart, Rey Mysterio, Eddie Guerrero, William Regal and Christian all being included. In that sense, this list is far more interchangeable. I included Punk and Bryan because of the totality of their work so everything including the indies and the WWE. I put Austin on there because people forget he was a quality wrestler before snapping his neck. Then he adapted his style to a brawler and that evolution was so seamless that at that point, his character overshadowed his tremendous wrestling ability. He was able to wrestle 2 completely different styles due to circumstances
