Looks like the red ones have been used on a bag due to the flattened padding on the knuckles the blue still has some curvature towards the first and second knuckle and aren't completely flattened for mitt and bagwork most definitely go with the blue ones but you would make a sparring session uncomfortable for your partner but to voice my honest opinion if your looking to stay in the 150 pound or US dollar range you could cop a brand new pair of Cleto Reyes but different fighters prefer different brands it's a game of checks and balances my fellow pugilist lol
