None of those Alex lists was any more dangerous a puncher than Graziano.

It is only a fair comparison if we confine ourselves to a few years of Robinson's career vs all of Lewis's career. As a welterweight Robinson more than exceeded the opponent depth of Lewis. Gavilan and Servo were first class boxers; Zivic had vast experience and was one of the dirtiest fighters ever; Artie Levine was a huge puncher, whether he is now well known or not; Janazzo, Ambers and Sharpiro all had vast experience when Ray began fighting them almost out of the blocks of his pro career. Either his middleweight career or his welterweight career in isolation exceeds anything Lewis did as a heavyweight.

Most heavyweights are dangerous, in Robinsons division and many other lighter divisions fewer are dangerous KO artists. Thats why you get the most knockouts in the HW division.

Also knockout rates can be misleading either way e.g. if the talent is low you may get more or less KO's, but definately it is fact that the heavyweight division gets the most knockouts and it is the most dangerous division by far

This guy throws the long hook better than Robinson and hes an MMA fighter

Notice how he gets more range on his hooks than Robinson despite having relatively shorter arms? Yet doesn't loose power!

Also notice that he will sometimes shorten the distance of the punch by moving the arm first to make it less telegraphic and more likely to land?

SOMETHING ROBINSON DIDNT DO EITHER AND ITS QUITE IMPORTANT BECAUSE THE LONG HOOKS TAKE A LONG TIME TO GET THERE compared to other boxing punches

Robinson getting his ass knocked out by a young cracka

              No Cracker ever beat Lewis

Not even the super cracker Morrison that was on steroids, and used the same hooks as Robinson
