Not past it at all actually...just think Trout was a bad style/match up for him, they thought Trout was the weakest Champion at 154 and thought they would be able to take him title with no problem but them found out the hard way that he wasn't and end up losing to him

As for Cotto, it's true he is past prime, but how much exactly I'm not sure. He was afterall fighting a bigger man in a division he probably should have never gone to.

If he chooses to continue to box I hope he moves back to welterweight. I think fighting a contender there will be a true indicator how much past it he is. If not, he should retire.
