      It would, but the argument is gonna be "why were other cars on that same road able to safely drive in those conditions"?

      I'd probably have it at 80/20. 80% on the semi. Maybe even 90/10.

      You gotta remember, insurance companies will do whatever they can to save a buck and if they see a way out of paying 100% of a claim, they'll do it.
