If a fighter has to dehydrate himself to the point of needing IV's post-weigh-in then he's NOT at the correct fighting weight. Anybody can drain themselves to make a particular weight - But when it is done to gain a weight advantage in fights, it should be considered illegal.
Weigh the fighters on fight night and guarantee that the fight is both fair and within the rules for weight classes. Allowing a fighter to fight at WW when he always comes into the ring as a MW is totally unfair and should be regulated by the so-called commission.
