how long you been boxing for?? my coach is getting me ready for the daily news golden gloves i just started training 5 days a week from the 3 days a week at the gym(before i was running on my off days) .. sparring now at least 2wice a week .. im working with a lot of tall guys cuz they are tougher fights for me since im only 5'7 at 152.. good luck
