What are your top ten fighters for the welterweight Division?

As for who I think is the best fighter on down. Spence 1st, Crawford 2nd, Thurman 3rd. Pacquiao 4th, Porter 5th, Garcia 6th. I am not sure after that. Ugas might be in the top 10 but I am not sure about his chin.
