Why are you lying?

Particles do not just appear and neither do anti-particles. A number of different reactions and processes lead to the formation of both. Anti-particles are most famously formed through radioactive decay.

Guys like Dirac and Anderson used cloud chambers (look this up if you don't know what a cloud chamber is) to create anti-particles, which Dirac had already theorised the existence of. They don't just appear out of thin air as you put it. Please be more accurate next time.

Matter-antimatter pairings spontaneously pop into existence and annihilate each other all the time on a quantum scale. This has been observed by use of Casimir Plates and because of asymmetry between matter and antimatter (matter is more stable) there is more mater than antimatter so while mostly the particle pairings annihilate each other, under certain circumstances only the antimatter is destroyed - for example the antimatter gets drawn into an event horizon of a black hole.

So matter-antimatter pairings do come out of "thin air" so to speak.
