Its not necessarily about getting stronger or faster more than carrying up your speed and power up in weight. Also, you have to add the fact that the more weight classes you climb, the harder the punches are going to be...and your chin is something you really can't train.

IMO, PAC isn't faster...he's still fast but his opponents are bigger and slower...PAC @ 126 >>>>>> PAC @ 140+, speedwise
