    Tech N9ne: **** or Dope?

    I've had Special Effects for a while now, and I just can't get into it.

    I just don't feel Tech, at all. Is it because of the album itself, Tech, or am I the problem? He kinda sounds like a professor while he raps, if you know what I mean?

    Maybe its just me.

    If it is me, are there any other Tech songs or albums you recommend?
