According to siablo14 that’s perfectly fine because “Harvard has to cater to its customers.” Its reputation is apparently not important.

Yeah, we shouldn't let something as trivial as the 6th amendment get in the way of customer satisfaction

          Where did Harvard say that?

Harvard decided to placate its customers over a staff member.

He is still a member of the law school. His tenure would have ended in June but the climate at the law school has been tense so they decided to remove him so the students can learn in clam climate. So you are blowing smoke for no reasons. He was removed as dean but he still works for Harvard Law School.

Sullivan and Robinson continue to hold their positions at Harvard Law School.

Let me see if this helps you see it from Harvard and the students view.

So Hitler was doing his thing now and he got charged and hire a Harvard employed law professor to represent him. if Harvard removed the professor who decided to represent Hitler, you would understand Harvard's decision, right?

Sounds like a loss for the school. This guy isn't on Harvey's defense team cause he sucks. He probably has 10 better paying job offers already.

You're saying here that the defendant does not have the right to 1. A fair trial, 2. Representation of counsel, nor 3. The presumption of innocence.

Which crimes to you feel we should suspend Constitutional rights for?

The defendant has all of that at the moment and counsel still works for Harvard Law School. So what's the problem?

...Harvard Faculty Dean Ronald S. Sullivan Jr. is losing his position...

My problem is he's being punished for providing legal counsel to a defendant
