    Food is good for the body but at times just walking or running will help to keep your heart healthy and in shape.

        I've actually stepped up my running game in the last few weeks, at least 2-3 more days of jogging

                I did the opposite. I've lessened my running and started walking more. I live in a hilly area and have been using a light weight vest while stopping to do push ups along the way.

                  Any movement is good that gets the heart pumping. Also, its good for a person to spend at least part of their day outside in the open air
