      They probably have no passion for the game
      Will end up leaving
      Robinho will stay one season
      They'll complete the transfer of Tiger Woods
      But even his prowess won't be enough to save them from relegation.

        Hughes will give him a bit of fighting spirit I'm sure.

          The interesting thing is;
          After all the stick Chelsea got for buying titles
          We shall see if any club can do it, and if the "stick" was justified.

            I'm sure that City will get some stick for it, particularly from the rags who have been on the recieving end of considerable stick for years thanks to their Manchester United PLC adventures on the stock exchange and subsequent purchase by Malcolm "The Manchester Red-Devils are a great Soccer Franchise!" Glazer.

              Even if City continue to bring in huge names for crazy prices, it's only going to make the league more competitive.. without teams like City and Spurs investing big in their squads, the big 4 would have continued competing for the titles, making the money and stepping further away from the smaller teams
              I have no problem with it.

                That's true enough. When Chelsea were bought by Abramovich there were complaints that it wasn't fair that there was a team with unlimited funds who could compete in the transfer market in a way that noone could keep up with.

                The loudest complaints came from Old Trafford's Manchester United PLC.

                  What an exciting time to be a City fan
                  The resources to become a bigger brand than United, in years to come.
