What were Canelo and Chavez Jrs fight night weights for their fight in May?

      There is a few fighters like ortiz @ 140 would come in around 156 then when he moved up to 147 for berto he came in at a huge 164

        Why not? The higher in weight you go, each pound becomes a smaller percentage of your body weight. Wouldn't dehydrating and rehydrating 10 pounds if you weigh 200, which is 5% of your body weight, be easier than dehydrating and rhydrating 10 pounds if you weigh 100, which is 10% of your body weight?

        Shouldn't dehydrating and rehydrating 5% of your body be easier than 10%? Please explain.
