didnt say anything about killing him ...tinker bell! Some people wanna die dumbass! Killing them is giving them what they want. But if they knew they stood a chance of inhumane torture...might wanna think twice. Wouldnt think someone with such little intelligence to comprehend any judicious hypothesis!!

A 15 year old kid shot and killed his mother and a 9 year old sibling as they lay in bed the other night. Went in to his little sisters' room, 5 and 2 years old, killed both of them. Then killed the old man when he walked in the door from work at 5AM.

He sent pictures of the dead mom to his 12 year old girlfriend and was on his way to kill her parents, and then go on a killing spree at a local Walmart.

He walked right up to his parents' unlocked gun cabinet and grabbed the AR-15 and shot the mother first, holding her bloodied face up to the 9 year old who was in bed with the mother at the time, to show him what he just did.

This is what happens when you give someone who's dangerously unstable "carte blanche" in terms of the tools they will need to act on their deranged homicidal thoughts. If that kid didn't have access to guns he'd still be amazingly mentally ill and need treatment. So regardless of if this kid had guns or Popsicle sticks I wouldn't want him walking around free to dream up any number of bloody scenarios with the remainder of dangerous objects he still had access to in the world. Guns or no guns we have a population in society that shouldn't have access to them at any time and to bury our collective heads in the sand insures but one thing, more massacres and plenty of white coffins to come.....

It sounds like he was infatuated with guns and what it'd be like to kill with one, hence his love of video games that allowed him to do it virtually, and his desire to join the military when he was of age.

Please explain to me how torturing someone is going to restore any type of balance to this situation, or bring understanding as to why this happened.

Someone who grabs an assault rifle and inexplicably murders his entire family, is clearly insane and if that's the case, which I can almost guarantee it is, I can assure you, that person is NOT thinking twice about enduring possible torture.

If the rest of the world and people in power subscribed to your ancient medieval reasoning, advances in medicine and understanding of our species would be non-existent. We'd still be raping rapists and stealing from thieves.
