Why Do I Box?

Dude I have probably done over 200 rounds of sparring, easy, and I have only boxed for a year. I know what boxing involves.

in a way i cant disagree with you. but you dont know everything it involves , cos you aint had a fight yet , thats like someone whos to young to have a car license but has driven for a year , say , ive driven for a year , i know what driving involves.im sure you have done more than 200 rounds , dunno how you gym works ,when we spar we do about 12 rounds each , sumtyms little less like 10 or 9.
But sparring is totally different than boxing , alot of people dont go flat out in sparring , you in an environment you know , you know the people your sparring with , your coatch is shouting tips (which he cant do during a fight), you know you aint gonna get ko'd if your coach see's your getting mashed , he will give ya a quick break or tell yer opponent to go not so hard on ye.
