I don't think that you can call Okami the Japanese GOAT even with a win over Anderson. There's too many other great Japanese fighters.. Masahiko Kimura comes to mind, but if we're only talking about mixed martial artists, I'd have to say that Genki Sudo and Sakuraba have both achieved a near untouchable status.
