The casting is obviously really important.

I was thinking about it yesterday when I watched the latest Rocky on FX. I would totally make it about Mayweather. It wouldn't be Floyd himself though, it would be someone with a different name who goes through a career just like Floyd.

I would do a film style like Any Given Sunday. Hell, I would probably get Jamie Fox to do the main role.

I thought about it and it would be pretty awesome, my vision of it. He does nothing but win and is still hated, I would even include a segment in the movie with the Brian Kenny argument. It would be awesome.

unless you can get lucas, spielberg, woo, the wachowski brothers and scorsese all working on that film loading it up with slow motions, explosions, guns, flashy cars, lasers, space ships, and maybe a couple of threesome scenes with megan fox, beyonce and jessica alba, no way in hell anyone would be able to stay awake beyond the opening credits.

Edison Miranda had a tragic and crazy early life that would be interesting.

In the past I would want to direct a film on Stanley Ketchel's life. The Michigan Assassin boxed hard and partied hard. Knocked down the heavyweight champ. Not many reigning middleweight champs can say such a thing.
