    He might have won on paper, thanks to the officials and ref... but he felt Kovalev’s shots in both fights, and they broke his body and will when he heard that Kovalev considers them even 1-1 and wanted a third fight haha.

        I came to become a boxing fan late in life. My wife is filipina, and so I started watching Manny, past his peak but before he had declined much.

        So unfortunately I did not see Andre Ward's reign at 168. I didn't think he had the size or strength to compete at 175, and really, he doesn't. He overcomes not amazing physical attributes with intelligence, training and fantastic focus.

        He didn't fake controversy or play a heel to make money. He was charming and real and I wish him all the best.
