Eddie Hearn stated that when Joshua vs Kiltschko sold out in hours, he was confident enough that he could at-least sell another 50,000 tickets, maybe even another 100,000.

I think Anthony Joshua vs Baby Miller will overshadow Wilder vs Fury, in terms of promotion and just the event itself. Deontay Wilder & Tyson Fury think they are freezing Joshua out? Not really, all they have done have forced Anthony Joshua's and match-room's hand into coming to america 'It will only take one fight for Joshua to gain some credibility over there, and American fight fans will adhere to him more then Tyson Fury & Deontay Wilder'.

Deontay Wilder as a personality has a lot of potential, but for goodness sake? He has some bad advisory around him, I can remember when Eddie Hearn stated that Wilder needs somebody to promote/Market him correctly' too late now though, the lines have been drawn in the sand.

It should be Wilder as he is the American heavyweight champ. Will this mean anything? Only if AJ does better or close otherwise not really. Now if Wilder fought in the U.K. and you wanted to compare his appeal among Brits to AJs appeal among Americans for cross market value that would make more sense. What would of been funny is if Wilder-Fury 2 was in the U.K. and sold well. Now I know some people will just say it's Fury pulling in the numbers but it wouldn't be. It would be Fury vs Wilder. Then if it does well Wilder could use it to negotiate. I'm guessing AJs trying to build a American base to use it at the negotiation table.

The tickets aren't on general sale until monday.

AJ sells 90 K in the UK at an extremely low price. His gate's are significantly lower of those that hold 17k to 20k in the likes of Vegas and NYC for example. So to assume because he sells out 90k in the UK that he'll sell out MSG in a matter of hours is very naive and silly.

I'm sure they'll sell out MSG eventually. But there ain't a chance in hell that it sells out in a matter of hours.
So, AJ breaks the MSG record for ticket sales in 2 hours. Will you admit that you were wrong now?

Actually AJ vs Miller may just sell out faster as a result of being announced earlier.

Broke a record for presales tickets. Sold out in 2 hours hahaha. Remember the Wilder vs Fury fight taking months to sell and they gave away tickets. And it STILL wasn't a full arena?

Have to laugh at Joshua's fans claiming their fight is bigger than Wilder-Fury 2.

One will be viewed on a streaming platform for $10, the other will sell over 600,000 PPVs at $75.

Joshua-Miller wouldn't break 100k in PPV buys if priced at $75.

Let's hope they both sell out, are both amazing spectacles because the eventual undisputed fight is going to be insane.

AJ won't sell out. Hearn has yet to come close to bringing in fans for his shows in the US.And it shows with the lowest tix costing over $100 for a guy who isn't a draw in the US.
                      Not too shabby so far.
