one big problem i have is ordering meals/combos at fast food places. i feel like getting a burger/sandwich by itself won't fill me up. i need fries to go with the meal in order to fill me up, but fries are just empty calories full of sodium.
what about getting grilled chicken sandwiches over traditional burgers or fried chicken stuff? is that a good start?

Yes quit drinking soda,eating fried food,and candy and the pounds will fall off. Drink a lot of cold water and start lifting 4x a week bro.
I don't have to follow a diet or barely workout because I'm so blessed genetically.
