  • Trying to lose weight and I have bad knees. How many rounds of jump rope should I do?

    For a beginner who is trying to get back in shape? I've got a round timer so i guess what I'm asking is should I do 2 or 3 minute rounds and how many rounds to get a good sweat/workout in? Any help would be appreciated.

    If you have bad knees I would start losing weight through power walking first.

    Also a good diet will help.
