    I use the resistance bands
    and I think they are great so far
    I am going to be teaching a band class starting in January

      I have.

      I used to do bench with chains and drop plates. Drop plates are held on until the bottom until one repetition and then drop off and then you complete your set. Chains also work wonders for your bench.

      Another good thing that the drop plates and chains are good for are your squat.
