So many excuses... He is weight drained, past prime, not skilled, worn out, etc... Pfft pretty obvious your only trying hard to down rank other people's achievements because of jealousy. Do something special in your life. Its pretty sad that today's boxing is nothing but full of excuses and criticism from the fans of boxing.

Though i have to say that pacquiao could easily be at the top 10, but at top 5? Maybe if he fought 1-2 more top quality opponent in the WW division (mosley or maybe fight paul williams) then maybe he could get there. My opinion

I think the very premise of the thread was that he'd retired,
            after victory over PBF.

IMO he'd remain top 15, since PBF doesn't hold a belt.
Frankly, a win over Shane/Berto would be more significant,
since it practically unifies WW, and stakes claim to lineal.

Top 10. You could make the argument for top 5. Depends how he wins as well.

I'll take the word from Steward, Merchant & Bert Sugar anytime rather than any fan like you in the net anytime. Your vote doesn't anyways. But if you ask me, Pac was already there at the top 10 after the DLH fight. He was already at my top 5 after Hatton & just entered my top 3 After Cotto. He beat PBF & he will be my GOAT!!!

thankyou. Honestly you could pick apart anybody's resume and make it sound bad.

First of all, Floyd is wayyyy overrated so a win for Pac wouldnt move him that much higher where he is presently...
