My sister was hit by a train so I know how the mother must have felt when the train ran over her baby. That must have been so terrible. Thankfully the baby is ok, but that woman needs to be more careful around trains in the future. Put the prams brake on when you are not moving.

to help prevent that. Maybe an enclosed area with benches.
