The problem here is that even though the hispanic guy is at fault (for spilling coffee on the other guy's car), the black man was acting like a violent, hot-headed dude, so that's what the cops noticed. The hispanic guy was guilty for doing something wrong but kept his cool while the victim was yelling and screaming at the guy like a lunatic. Seen this kind of thing happen a few times. When a third party arrives on the scene, it's easier to think that the guy acting batsh.it crazy is the one who did something wrong compared to the guy who is calm and soft-spoken.
