i did some stalking and i think i found his parents on facebook lol
i sent them both a letter explaining the situation, omitting everything illegal, appealing to their sense of justice. I basically said he took my money and i just want it returned before i escalate the situation further, because it's my money and the right thing to do, and then it will be over. At the very least it will give him a plot twist and let him know im looking for him.
Only other thing i can do right now is keep looking for him and people he's close to.
