Boxing, amateur Wrestling, MMA and Hockey are IMO the most physically demanding sports.

I would say Boxing and Football. Just look at it objectively. The althetes that participate in all the listed sports have taken there bodies and turned them into highly tuned machines best suited for there respective sports.

However, the demands are greater in boxing and football. You can see this by looking at the physical problems retired boxers and football players have.

Now this doesn't mean that the other sports don't have just as good an athlete (different topic) but it does pretty clearly show that the demands are higher in Boxing and Football.
