You can find videos of him doing everything. Hitting the heavy bag, speed bag, mitts, jump rope, and we even got a couple videos of sparring, but I can't find a single video of him hitting the double-end bag.
Lately I've enjoyed watching videos of pros hitting that bag just to give me more ideas while I'm doing it myself and more to think about my technique.
I would find it hard to believe if he just didn't use that bag at all because it's one of the best tools in the gym to sharpen skills, speed, and accuracy. It's kind of a good measure of how guys actually like to fight.
