I finally get back to training tommorow after 3 weeks off. Somebodys going to pay. I'll be tapping everybody out.

Did some bag work. Worked on some wrestling movements and then did some mount escapes. Then did a 15 minute grappling match. Last the entire time. I can tell I'm must be getting betting on my cardio. When i first started training i could barely last 5 minutes. So in total i did 2 and a half hours. I also landed a sweet knee bar, that I've been working on. Man, I have a broke thumb and a split lip from training and, I ****ing loved it.
