            I finally get back to training tommorow after 3 weeks off. Somebodys going to pay. I'll be tapping everybody out.

                Worked on striking in the guard and from the guard.

                  Went and rolled tonight. Didn't work on anything. Just went at it.

                    Work on takedowns and punching from the mount.

                      Did some bag work. Worked on some wrestling movements and then did some mount escapes. Then did a 15 minute grappling match. Last the entire time. I can tell I'm must be getting betting on my cardio. When i first started training i could barely last 5 minutes. So in total i did 2 and a half hours. I also landed a sweet knee bar, that I've been working on. Man, I have a broke thumb and a split lip from training and, I ****ing loved it.
