    arreola doesn't need another trainer, he need a nutritionist and a conditioning coach.

      well I was talking to some people in Houston and the conditioning coach that works with Ronnie, Brian Caldwell, will be working with them as well

        Good move! Sheilds has worked with a lot of heavyweights and Ramirez has limited experience, though he's done pretty good for himself. Its kind of like the situation Cotto was in.

          texas is just like california. mexican food and coronas at every corner. this guy aint getting in shape. he's gona go try all the resturants to see how the compare to those in cali. all chris has shown is that he hits hard but has no heart.

              Chris is a funny dude after boxing he should work for hbo but his career is coming to a end if he would have beaten adamek he would be back on top but stock is falling fast

                Arreola needs to fire Ramirez for good. Ramirez looks like an "O", face and body, dude is fatter than hell, how Arreola supposed take any advice from that guy?

                  I don't think he even needs a nutritionist telling him what to eat until he gets into a camp. He should play some ****ing Kinect or something, do some swimming, stop drinking calories and only eat when he's hungry. The weight will fall off him.

                    he needs a nutritionist,although the only heavyweights who come to fight in shape are haye and the klitschko's,the rest are just fat and lazy,but he should get a someone to help him with that
