It's a great thing.

They already tax us on our income. Then they tax us on our purchases. Then they get to tax us once more on what we manage to save to pass on to our descendants when we die. That's not fair. One should be able to stop being taxed once he dies.

It's like the Government reaching in and taking a dead man's wallet.
