Donaire was one of the best fighters in the world at one point and was an extremely good Bantamweight but he isn't anywhere near Pacquaio's level.

I think Paulie is just salty that he came to Wild Card and thought he was the star of the show and saw he was just another fighter and not on Pacquaio's level. He probably juiced himself and still couldn't bust a grape so he's gone full on female with regards to Pacquaio.

He recently said he knows a guy is dirty if they are in their 30's and better than him. He's beyond delusional.
