Floyd come back fight will surely use the USADA for drug test. Do you think he will be given a pass to use an illegal amount of IV again?

The short answer is yes. The better question is will they use VADA this time instead? And if not, why?

NSAC was never notified about that process and was clearly upset in their first statement. But changed their tune a day later lol the TUE process is not weird in itself, but the circumstances surrounding that event make it very cloudy and suspicious at best. esp being approved like 3 weeks later? wtf.

Treat boxing good and you’ll have good karma like Floyd

If one of the anonymous applications that the independent Therapeutic Use Exemptions Committee doctors approve of is his, then I don't see why not.
It's kind of hard to help him out when you are not even sure what application is his. But then again most people with a brain would agree that helping him out would have been letting him know when they were coming for testing instead of making a paper trail and involving as many people as possible to cover it up.

The real question should be, is Pacquiao going to show up to the ring with chronic steroid acne again after a long nights sleep with his fellow Pinoys?

My guess is USADA will allow Floyd to use the IV if he is dehydrated like they did last time. DOn't want an MMA type situation where athletes dehydrate and the fight gets postponed.
