Bolt when younger ran 300m in 31 secs. or just under. world record which is unofficial is the same guy who runs 400m, Van Neikurk of south africa. Only beat bolts best by 0.13.

Mo can run 50 over 400m, not sure if he sprinted, or can maintain it over another 100/200m.

Bolt lactic acid would be hurting him badly.

Id say Easy win for Bolt

Farah wouldnt start beating him until a 800 and thats because up to 800 basically favors sprinters.

Of course they would both have to get in shape for this run because Farah does not sprint a lot and Bolt said he was good but too lazy for 400 and above

ever done track? it burns mate. max he runs in winter training is probs 300m which he will do a few of., thats me knowing sprinting. 300m 4 - 8 times is a normal winter session, in season its much less distance.

i cant find a recorded time professional time for bolt over 400m. dude is a lazy trainer, and known for it. me not finding a 400m means to me that he aint run it a lot.

only 400m runners will do constant over 400m drills. Maybe 600m drills, 800m rarely. they do more 300-500m.

farah runs runder 50 secs over 400m. bolt could run potentially, as the world record is 43, as he is lazy, imo, bolt could run 45 in his prime. lactic during the last 100m makes people literally stop running during olympics or slow down severely.

i think farah could take him over 600m lol. but bolt wins 500m.

potentially, given bolt runs maybe 45, and farah runs 48, and theres another 200m, i think its a decent question, maybe for people who has felt the lactic burn though.
