  • What's it like to spar with Carl Froch?

Apologies if this already posted, took a quick look and couldn't see it. It's a good watch, seeing Froch batter a poor guy from the Guardian whilst talking a little about different boxing styles.

Guardian sport’s Gregg Bakowski faces a few rounds of body sparring with Carl Froch at his hometown gym, the Phoenix Boxing Gym in Nottingham. Gregg tests his limited boxing craft on the former world champion, trying to land a body blow on the former super-middleweight whilst taking a barrage of blows.

Disappointed that wasn't on there, hopefully an extra when the dvd comes out...

I thought the insight about he and rob McCracken not boxing to a plan was interesting, particularly in the context of the upcoming fight.

Hahaha hopefully would be great, and I don't know whether to believe him on that on this article it says McCracken devising a plan for groves rematch?

Plus this quote from another article. "Birmingham trainer Robert McCracken, who masterminded the Froch game- plan and triumph, added: “He boxed to the plan."
