With an 0 and one or two half decent wins same as smith has at 168, gvozdyk has at 175 , taylor at 140, hurd at 154, josh warrington at 126. What seperates him from everyone else?? Yet spence is considered some p4p level superstar. If he was from the uk or russia he wouldnt even be on the p4p list and thats a fact. His whole career revolves around beating kell brook off a 5th round ko who was barely p4p top 20 and the next best win is probably Chris algieri lol, is that what 'the truth' looks like. And people saying he could follow in mayweathers or leonards path, do me a favour he couldnt hold their jock strap.

To be honest the people that hype him up would tear him apart if he was from Europe you are correct there however if he was from Europe the people trying to tear him apart now would sing a completely different tune on his skill and his resume. There's a lot of fighters who's fan bases would change based on this geographical and racist nonsense.
Spence is clearly an excellent fighter. He has very good skills, he has quite a few wrinkles to his game and he's stepped up to the challenges that could happen and been avoided by some of his stablemates. Is he the most skilled boxer in the world? No. Does he have the best resume? No. If he retired today is he HOF? No. But he's clearly one of the top 10 boxers in the world and he's 50% of the sports best current match-up (if it can get done), has good upside and is improving.
Pound for pound isn't necessarily who your best win is or a total resume. There are other factors and the eye test is one, as are accomplishments, as is current form etc; It's not an exact science and folks shouldn't get emotional over it. I like the fighters OP has mentioned like Gvozdyk, Smith, Hurd and have respect for what Warrington has done but save for (maybe) Gvozdyk it's clear Spence operates at a higher level and is more dynamic than those fighters.
