I see many peeps thinking this is the fight at 147 but not to me.

Thurman is arguably #1 still in the division imo until he takes a loss, even though both Spence and Crawford pass the eye test.

Also, Maidana is back and until he takes a loss, he is my favorite to unify. He was ranked #2 by myself when Floyd retired, I haven't seen anything that tells me any top fighter at 147 beats him. I'd favor Crawford over the rest, but prime Maidana cleans out the division and I expect him to return to prime form under Garcia.

Either way, for all the hype cats want to create around welter, HW has taken over as the most competitive and most entertaining.

I am with you, Crawford and Spence are both hyped, but fight would be entertaining anyway. I agree Thurman is top dog in division.

Maidana is 36, so I don`t know how much can we expect from him.
