Basically I'm just putting together a log for my own personal day-to-day training and wondering if I was missing anything essential that you could remind me about or if any of you had any idea's of something extra thats useful I could put into it.
Here's what I'm currently filling in:
Morning Weight.
Evening Weight.
Daily Meals/Food Intake.
Workouts And Activities I do Throughout The Day.
Any Illness/Injury Comments.
Thats pretty much it, just wonderings if there's anything crucial that I'm missing. All idea's are more than welcome as long as there sensible. Thanks guys.
