      Well I'm less than 4 months away from my 27th birthday. So really, I have no excuse. Getting in shape is something I have the time and energy to do if I apply myself.

      Last time I tried to lose weight I was able to drop about a lb a week with just modest changes to my diet (I swore by 'if it fits your macros') and with exercise a few times a week about 30-40 minutes at a time.

          Probably at the very beginning it will be just cardio.

          Then I'll transition to doing mostly weights and occasional cardio. Something like 2-3x weights a week and one cardio day. Roughly speaking.
