My daughters done ballet gor 3 yrs and all the fighters and trainers at her boxing gym always brag on her footwork and pretty much have since she started boxing. I mean **** look at lomachenko. Best footwork and movement ever seen

I think several activities which require lower body coordination and balance would help out. Soccer, certain dancing, etc.
