Comments Thread For: Fury's Dubious Decision & Why Wilder Won't Accept Arum's Offer
Collapse

When could AJ have fought Ortiz? Four different times that I remember.
First was when he fought Breazeale, who just lost every round to old small Mansour before it was stopped due to injury.
Second was when he fought Molina, who was a Wilder left over.
Third was Takam,, when Pulev backed out. They knew Pulev would, and had Takam ready instead of offering to Ortiz.
Fourth was most recently, instead of Whyte and/or Miller.
Spin away, but everyone knows what's going on. Hearn kept Ortiz away from not only AJ but Whyte too. Pretty soon Ortiz will be old enough, a year or two from now, that they will fight him and say, see he isn't anyone we ducked.
Now we have Arum latching on to a new cash cow, or who he thinks could be. Don't expect Fury vs Wilder next. British Bob (Hearn) and American Bob will have to battle it out. Another black eye for boxing.

I’m taking a guess and saying just the headline
It’s crazy but the headlines comes with a attached article and in it was reported Top Ranks offer to Wilder was for 5 fights on Espn or Espn + with a fury fight somewhere in there but it wouldn’t be first and no guarantee of it being the second.
Even if you believe Fury beat Wilder and was now clearly the #2 HW. Running away from a rematch that was 50/50 against the #3 whos besides himself is considered the only active top tier HW besides AJ , and a chance to actually get the WBC strap and leave no doubt that a draw in the first fight was BS but to instead align with TR and most likely fighting mostly 2nd and 3rd tier no name HWs isn’t a good look ,’Big contract or not it’s clear Fury didn’t want the rematch and shouldn’t be viewed as #2 when you had a chance but ran away from#3’. Their position has to switch. You can you justify and reward that move and still have him -#2 .surely You can’t reward such a move can you. In what world should Fury still be considered #2 for avoiding the rematch which was officially a draw. No matter what your opinion is Wilder walked in and out the ring with his strap and wanted a rematch and Fury swerved that’s not the actions of
The #2.’can give a reason why he shouldn’t be 3
That’s the differnce between me and you. I’ll give you reasons Why I wrote what i wrote
You seem to write off emoton and and
Whos views are often flat out wrong and you can’t even provide a explanation why you believe what you typed
So again you're not really in touch with reality on here, in fact didn't you do a thread yesterday and got completetly run off it by juggs who exposed you ? Where is that thread , Ha,wait a second

Even Arum and Hearn have said they will only offer 1/2 fights!
Have you seen the state of his purses comparative to the likes of AJ/Whyte & now Fury??
Come on bro, Fury's getting the deal YOUR fighter should be getting!!!
Ouch
Fury isn’t going to get that full amount fighting 2nd and 3rd tier HW on regular Espn. No way even with UK PPV that it generates close to enough to pay him 20 mil a fight , Arum was paying
Manny 20’mil when he was selling 600-900k PPV now he’ll pay that for regular Espn and lose 8’figures every Fury fight that’s not happening or to be believed . He’s will get paid the # surely was just to get Headlines
Your in the group that thinks Wilder only making 2-7 million a fight is chump change . When I seriously doubt you even make 1/100fh of that and yet you want to try and criticize what he makes , seems odd some one like you who might be worth what $1000.00 to pocket watch and criticize a guy making multi millionaire
Yeah Wilder May not earn like AJ or Canelo that had a passionate fan base already established who support with their wallets . But Wilder is literally a top 5- 10 money maker in the sport and
You want to write like he’s broke and look down on someone making
Millions because he isn’t the highest
Paid and making tens of millions (pocket watching loser mentality) . Yeah compared to AJ maybe his cheques arentn impressive. but compared to the other 10000 active boxer he’s one of the few on the top of the mountain. Did I miss the memo when did making multi millions every year make you a chump and become a negative ,!something lames on the internet can critique like he’s somehow not balling the f.uck out for someone in their 30s
Next time read the article before you make yourself look stupid by writing sh.it that contradicts the exact things youre writing about and thinking their facts

Lol at Wilder fans thinking Fury's gone to ESPN for a bum carousel, no way Arum pays that amount of money without decent return.. Yes, Top Rank probably will "marinate" for a fight or two but the fights will happen (i'd like them too now btw!)
What's Wilder's excuse for his first 39 fights???? And then picking on a poorly old man who hasn't beaten anyone of note??? And then trying to cherry pick a 75% maximum Tyson Fury???
Wilder's the C-side now pmsl
