One of my favorites too. Everyone loves their hit songs, but the vocals on Great Gig In The Sky gives me goosebumps.

I think I might have to go along with this pick. I'm not a fan of Lady Gaga but I think she could and should do a cover of Great Gig in the Sky at her shows because she's the one singer who I think could pull it off and it would probably blow away the audience.

Pink Floyd- Wish You Were Here

My favorite band, and their best album IMO. I thought it had a little taste of everything Pink Floyd did throughout their career.

It was also kind of an unofficial tribute album to Syd Barrett, who was the band's founder who unfortunately fried his brain doing too much acid before he could even enjoy any of Pink Floyd's commercial success.

gig is just amazing. pure emotion. echoes from live in pompeii is amazing as well. shme that rog wanted to cause a ruckus. wtf.

anyway, hard to pick just 1 favorite album much less a favorite pf album.

gaga has some talent but she rather be a freakshow. sure it pays better but its too much of a distraction. there will only be 1 madonna (shame, she has tons more talent than madonna).

personally, i picture n'dea davenport (brand new heavies) killing it. raspy/smooth soul. very difficult song to pull off.
