    Smart move, as much as possible never rely on meds! a lot of those chits have bad side effects, especially the blood pressure and cholesterol ones.

    At your stage of weight loss, I would suggest doing speed walking at least 45 minutes a day, every day if possible. You cant really get into real hard workouts yet because your heart is not conditions yet, just take it slowly and increase it as soon as you feel ready for it.

    My friend lost a grip of weight he was huge, now he is handsome, his face is chiseled man, he told me he just changed his diet up, but when he gets hungry he snacks on carrots and celery and other stuff.

    he steal eats steak, chicken, fish, but just cut out sweets, soda like you.
