    Started a few weeks ago..

    I run 3-4 miles and then walk up hill for the remaining 2-3 miles.

    It's good for the mind as well.. You don't really think about too much and if you do think, you mostly likely think in a more logical manner - at least that's what I've experienced.

      I know what you mean - you tend to think in full sentences as opposed to choppy ones. lol. That's one of the reasons that I love long distance runs and bike rides.

        Ive been running for a few years on and off. I usually go 3/4 times a week, and its straight after work. I tend to not drink anything for couple of hours before i run, hate getting stitch. I could do with some new running trainers, had mine for over 16 months now.
