Didn't realize this was a mandatory 4 Klitschko. Can't do much about that. Looking forward 2seeing him fight someone his size &in shape.

You know what, you might be right there. As good as light middleweight Floyd Mayweather is, I don't think he could beat Wlad.

Jesus, I feel such a fool now.

The older brother deserves all the respect in the world. Without him Wlad definitely wouldn't be where he is today.

It's hard to give Wlad much credit when his brother vanquished all the real threats.

Also, Wlad vs Povetkin can never be forgotten.

Most people just don't accept the Klitschko's because they simply aren't the same nationality as them or perhaps its the sheer dominance they've shown over the division for such a long time?
People will always try to find a way to discredit something by making up some bull**** agenda and ofcourse not to forget the nostalgia nerds who can't let go of the past!
They think a small heavyweight from the early 1900s could walk into this division and dominate there is no rational thinking behind them only bias.

The Klitschkos done the exact same thing as Joe Louis did and guess what, Joe Louis had a hiccup in his career aswell with Max Schmeling (who isn't the greatest fighter) simple put If you don't have a loss in your record chances are you haven't fought everyone available.
Like for saying sakes Muhammad Ali lost to Joe Frazier we all know Ali is miles better than Frazier and that shouldn't of happened but it did, every great fighter can lose and just like Ali and Louis lost to somewhat good fighters but not world class so did Wladimir.

the mando excuse is fair enough if it's true

disgraceful such a guy got to fight for a hw title, total mockery of the sport

however its time wlad fought a genuine threat, someone his own size, and i can think of two names

Absolutely it can't be forgot, technical masterclass display by Wladimir!
To dominate a gold medalist and the second best HW in the division so convincingly that is impressive.

It's both of those things, for sure. (Sorry, "thing's").

Let's face it, if you don't think Wlad vs. Imbragimov was as good as Hagler-Hearns, you're just a hater. It's that simple.

Two names... Go on please do share lmao!
Any of those two names you mention wont be better than anyone that's not already been beaten by Wlad.

You know what, you've got a point there.

Francesco had been in with some serious opponents... Robert Hawkins, Mike Middleton, a 47-year-old Oliver McCall... none of them had been able to get him out of there. Only Wlad was able to break down future HOF specialist Pianeta.

I take back my earlier criticism.
