Well I vote Libertarian, and we are all for cutting the defense budget and not fighting these expensive foreign, undeclared wars.

As to single payer saving money, you might want to look at the tax rates the people in those countries pay, as well as the NHS in England which is increasingly using the private sector to increase capacity.
